Copenhagen based Prodigal SONS is a Danish/Irish garage band with a new and clever take on the classic rock sound. With their self-titled debut album the four members - Paddy and Brian Horsom, John Conaty and Lauge Lindqvist - reintroduces the sound from back when rock ‘n’ roll was at its highest, drawing on musical influences such as Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Tom Petty and the Rolling Stones. Couple this with a distinctive, raw and assured vocal reminiscent of 90’s American Rock, energetic guitar playing, backed up by a pounding yet subtle bass and a steady backbeat, and you have a fresh and unique yet familiar sound.
